What I collect

This website collects information only when you choose to send it through the contact form or by email: your name, organization, email address, phone number if you provide it, the size of your organization, and your message.

How I use it

I use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. I do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Who else handles it

The contact form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, which passes your message to my business email. My email is provided by Google Workspace, and this website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps limited technical records (such as IP addresses) to protect the site from attacks. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for our business relationship. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email norman (at) normaneconsulting (dot) com and I will respond within 30 days.
