Every engagement follows the same path. You know the price before each stage starts, and your current process keeps running until the new system has proved itself.
Diagnostic · two to three weeks, fixed price
I study your spreadsheets, forms and files, and interview the people who do the work. Spreadsheets are the most complete record of how an organization actually runs, so I start there rather than with a questionnaire.
You receive a map of how the work flows, a list of every piece of information recorded in more than one place, a phased plan and a fixed quote. The documents are yours whether or not you go further, and the fee is credited toward the build if you do.
First phase · fixed price
I build the part with the most value first: usually the people and access, the record of work, the screen your staff use to record it, and the first calculated result, such as payroll or billing.
Side-by-side run
Your current process keeps running while the new system runs next to it, for two to four pay or billing cycles. Every difference is found and explained. The old process is switched off only when you decide the new one has matched it.
Ongoing support
A monthly plan covers backups, updates and an allowance of changes, handled by the same person who built the system. Later phases, such as the customer portal, scheduling or reporting, are quoted the same way.
Modern tools, careful engineering
I build with AI the way an architect drafts with software: the drafting is faster, and the engineering standards, the checking and the signature on the result are mine.
That is how one person can deliver what used to take a team. What doesn't change is the care taken with your data and your numbers.
